Came in Zurich to relax and have fun, this hotel was excellent base for doing it. Friendly staff interactions. Thoroughly enjoyed that we had climate control, a personal safe and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the medium double room: D

We really loved that grand hotel. Our grand double room included climate control, flat-screen TV and a writing desk. 10 mins walk to the center.
